"An absolutely brilliant dry rose, and an unexpected value, especially from the prestigious rose village of Tavel, is the 2010 Tavel Rose, a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and the rest Clairette and Syrah. The wine displays plenty of raspberry and strawberry fruit, super aromatics that engulf the taster, and a medium-bodied, zesty yet authoritatively flavored mouthfeel. Drink it over the next year.
